your interest in the oldest continuing home and holiday show in the Willamette
Valley. The Greens Show continues
to thrive because of the members dedication to quality. The Association
wants this to be a fun and profitable experience for all vendors and will
try to accommodate all reasonable requests. We appreciate the craftsmen
and businesses that have continued to exhibit at the Greens Show
for many years and welcome new exhibitors alike. Keeping a fresh outlook
with new and exciting products is the key to our successful shows.
Application
The Greens Show
application for the coming December show will be accepted until further notice. Please do not send
money at this time. All applications are juried and non-returnable photo(s)
must be included. Please include your name and business name, if any,
on the back of each photo. Applicants will be notified of acceptance and will receive a show information packet at that time.
Our experience shows
that cancellations do occur during the year and up to the show date. We
encourage all to consider the standby list for openings. If you wish to
be considered for a late opening, please indicate on the application.
You will then be placed on the standby list and notified of a vendor opportunity.
Vendors at the Greens
Show need to have products that are primarily arts and crafts that are
hand crafted or produced by the person or persons renting the booth. Consignment
items are not permitted. Commercial or retail products are not accepted.
If you are accepted as a vendor, your product photos become the property
of the Willamette Christmas Association and may be used for promotional
purposes. Do Not Send Samples. Products and items using fresh greens are
exclusively sold at the Greens Show by WCA member organizations.
Booth Space Fee
All booths are 10'
x 10' and come with 1 table and 2 chairs. Booths are available with electricity
for $370 and without electricity for $325. The electrical charge is an
Oregon State Fairground fee, not a Greens Show fee and cannot be waived.
Electrical may not be shared with booths not paying the fee.
Set Up
Set up Wednesday and
Thursday prior to the show.
Parking
Free Parking is provided
by the 2008 Greens Show for vendors, show staff and the attending public
Show Hours
Show hours are 10
AM to 8 PM on Friday and 10 AM - 6 PM Saturday and Sunday. This year
the show will be held December 5, 6 & 7 . Vendors are required to remain
open and their booths attended during show hours. Teardown is Sunday after
6 PM. Early tear down is NOT permitted.

Exhibitor Information
This is an application for vendor space (10' x 10') at the Salem Greens
Show. Applications are being now accepted. Notification will be sent to applicants. Cancellations do occur before the
show opens and late applications are posted on a standby list.
Booth rental cost is $325 for 3 days and includes one table and 2 chairs.
Electrical and extra table/s and chair/s are available for an additional
cost. All products and items displayed for sale during the show must be
handcrafted arts and crafts appropriate for the holiday season. Other
products may include holiday foods, clothing, personal items and gift
selections. No commercial, retail, catalog order items, consignment items
or fresh greens may be displayed or sold.
Please fill out the following information, including a description of
your product (may attach an additional description) and photos (new vendors
only). If you wish your photos returned, enclose a stamped, self-addressed
envelope to cover cost of return. Do not send samples of product.
